For years, we have grown side-by-side in our companies together. We know how the other works, we communicate often + well, and we truly enjoy creating things as a team. Our focus is Marietta (restorations and remodels), however we have projects in Powder Springs, Alpharetta and Canton- so there are no limits to the ideas we can make happen with the guys at SCC! In the early 2010’s, as Tanner expanded in design, her family expanded in real estate. They collaborated on projects ranging from staging to flips and everything in between. Tanner is the team designer for the TRT and holds an active Georgia real estate license. Crawford Street has a part in staging/marketing every transaction, so the relationship between companies is solid and clients can sense that security, which has led to a wonderful collection of clients-turned-friends!

In 2020, after years of being in the real estate business, The Teena Regan Team took a leap of faith and branched out to open their own real estate brokerage focusing on a more “family-style” workplace and authentic approach to helping others buy/sell their homes. Crawford Street has been a partner since the beginning, melding the real estate + design worlds as seamlessly as possible. We are extremely active in our local communities and appreciate that people come to us for “all things home”!
