The Basics: Main Inspirations

Everything about this house began as a tribute to two major things: The history and character of historic Marietta, Georgia + showcasing the styles of materials and tradesmen(women!) from all over the world!

Marietta, Georgia: It’s more than a city. If you live here… you know. It’s a community. And this community honors its past very well, while still blazing paths towards modern-day goals. We wanted to ensure that the home felt like it belonged right in the heart of it all. Where you can hear the kids playing at Lewis Park… you can wave to patrons on their way to local hot-spots… watch the trains go by… and have some of the greatest views of the area. It’s truly a location-driven project! The new homeowners will absolutely LOVE where they live. Literally! From the front door to the back porch… every single space is dedicated to making this ‘new’ build feel like it’s always been a part of the neighborhood.

Around The World: While Marietta is the perfect place to build your home, it doesn’t mean that you can’t draw design inspiration from across the globe. We wanted this house to feel like it had character and style from time periods that date back hundreds of years. European architecture. African marble. French finishes. Spanish mosaic tile. Can you imagine how incredible a house that was intentionally and strategically designed to honor so many styles would be?! Totally unlike any other home.

And that’s what 419 Campbell Hill is going to be.

An absolute GEM in the heart of ‘Gem City’!

Stay tuned!
